This website is operated by SAVIÈN. Throughout these Terms, “SAVIÈN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the SAVIÈN online store. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing products from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful personal purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its security or operation, transmit viruses or harmful code, collect information about other users without permission, or use our content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Customers under the age of 18 should only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these Terms.
2. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may create a customer account through our website. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details confidential.
You must not create an account using false information, access another person’s account without permission or use an account for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been misused. Closing an account will not affect any existing orders, payments or legal rights that arose before closure.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and material information are accurate.
However, product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view them. Minor variations may also occur between individual products or production batches.
Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
These minor variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
4. JEWELLERY CARE
Jewellery may naturally change in appearance over time depending on how it is worn, stored and cared for.
Perfume, cosmetics, cleaning chemicals, chlorine, salt water, moisture, perspiration, friction and impact may affect the appearance or lifespan of jewellery. Any care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website should be followed.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by inappropriate care will not normally be considered a manufacturing fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item was faulty when supplied.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other costs will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
Product prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify or another payment provider. By submitting payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees or its own exchange rate. SAVIÈN does not control these charges.
6. PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products from SAVIÈN.
An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is normally formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the products, quantities, variants, delivery address, contact details and total price.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is unavailable, information is incomplete, we identify an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
Although we aim to keep our website accurate, it may occasionally contain errors relating to pricing, availability, descriptions, promotions, delivery charges or delivery estimates.
We may correct website errors at any time. Where an error affects an order that has not yet been accepted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed using the correct information or cancel the affected order.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
8. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes must be applied during checkout, may only be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be added to an order retrospectively. Certain offers may not be combined with another discount.
We may reject or cancel a discount that has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.
Where products purchased as part of a bundle, multi-buy or promotional offer are returned, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the products retained by the customer.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to the timeframes and conditions stated in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact info@savienofficial.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed date. Delays may occur due to carrier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you, a person nominated by you, or a safe place specifically authorised by you.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
10. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible customers generally have 14 days after receiving an online order to notify us that they wish to cancel it. After notifying us, the products must generally be returned within a further 14 days.
Our voluntary 30-day exchange period is provided in addition to applicable statutory rights and is subject to availability and the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We are required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed.
Personalised, engraved or made-to-order products may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. This exclusion does not apply where the product is faulty or was not made according to the agreed instructions.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, social-media platforms and Trustpilot.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent websites that we do not control.
Nothing in this section removes any responsibility SAVIÈN has for services that we are legally required to provide to you.

The SAVIÈN website and its contents are owned by or licensed to SAVIÈN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes the SAVIÈN name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, product designs, packaging, written content and website layout.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Submitting feedback or suggestions does not transfer your personal information or private communications to us. However, we may use voluntarily submitted feedback for reasonable purposes such as improving our products, website and customer experience.
