How long does shipping take?
Due to high order demand, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We currently ship to more than 60 countries worldwide.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate dispatch email will follow once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, contact us through our Contact page or email info@savienofficial.com with your order number and details. Our team will provide the instructions for sending your item back.
Once your return has been received, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every SAVIÈN piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing, fading and accidental breakage.
To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. Each piece is eligible for one free replacement. Lost, stolen or deliberately damaged items are not covered.
Are duties and taxes included in my order?
Yes, all duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout, so there will be no unexpected charges upon delivery.
